From Our Family, To Yours!
For as long as we can remember, our brothers have been in the kitchen. Growing up in Guanajuato, Mexico, we spent our days helping our mother with her food service business. We’d chop, sauté, and season as she shared her treasured family recipes, all while dreaming of the day we could share these same flavors with the world.
When we moved to the United States, we knew we wanted to bring a piece of our hometown with us. In 2000, that dream became a reality when we opened the doors to our first La Cocina in Mebane, North Carolina. We poured our hearts into every dish, using the same family recipes and dedication to quality our mother taught us.
From that first day, our goal has been simple: to serve our community authentic Mexican food in a warm and inviting space. We believe that great food starts with great ingredients, which is why we’ve always made a promise to use only the freshest produce for our legendary guacamole and tacos. Every dish that leaves our kitchen is made with the same passion and pride as the very first ones we served
Today, with 11 locations, we are beyond grateful to see how much we've grown. We take great pride in being able to offer a comfortable place for families and friends to gather, share a meal, and make memories.
